Leningradskaya

The name of the project speaks for itself – Leningradskaya is a modern residential complex which meets all the modern requirements for comfort and convenience.

The apartment is located on the top floor with sensational panoramic views of the Moscow sunset and airplanes taking off and landing, bringing a little romance and at the same time perfect tranquility.

The main wish of the client when we designed the apartment was the creation of a personal gaming area. It was to be located on the balcony which had to be completely renovated with floor to ceiling windows, a customised heating system and professional gaming wiring.
