According to the architectural solution, the Khimiki residential development meets all the requirements of convenience and comfortable living for it’s residents.

Our brief was to design a contemporary space with a luxurious but not a lavish feel.

This apartment was a real joy to work on, our design teams’ capacity for problem solving was brought to the forefront.

Inherently, it was incredibly satisfying to be able to deliver a full design service which transformed an empty space into an elegantly styled apartment.
